Reservation of rights

Sense/Net Holdings, Inc., including its subsidiaries Sense/Net Studios LLC and the Sense/Net Library (together, “Sense/Net”), makes the following express reservation of rights, without prejudice to any other right it has at law or otherwise.

1. Any access to, copying, reproduction, extraction, storage or use of content owned or controlled by Sense/Net, now or in future, including recordings on any Fullfield track, binaural recordings, metadata, transcripts, drawings and the text of this website (“Sense/Net Content”), for the purpose of training, developing, testing or commercializing any automated tool, model or system is prohibited without a written licence from Sense/Net.

2. Sense/Net expressly reserves all rights in Sense/Net Content in relation to text and data mining, to the fullest extent permitted by the law of any country, including any law that allows a rightsholder to reserve those rights in a machine-readable or other appropriate manner.

3. Sense/Net Content includes recordings of the bodies and experiences of performers who agreed to be recorded for a particular title and nothing else. Use of Sense/Net Content beyond the licence under which it was made available harms those performers as well as Sense/Net.

4. Nothing in this notice limits Sense/Net’s use of material it holds under licence from others in accordance with the terms of those licences.
