LOS ANGELES, Feb. 26, 2026 — Sense/Net today published its first half-year transparency report, for July to December 2025, and said it will now publish a report for each calendar half-year, in February and August, as well as its annual report each October for the fiscal year to June 30.
The half-year report sets out the company’s figures in a fixed form, on its website and as a PDF. In the six months to December 31, Sense/Net recorded 243 performers, six of whom withdrew consent before release. Four performers asked for a released title to be withdrawn from public access; each request was completed within 30 days, in a median of 13 days. The company received 10 requests for viewer data from courts and governments, and recorded 35 safety incidents during capture, or 9.0 per 1,000 capture hours.
“Readers of our first report asked for figures more often than once a year, and in a form they could compare,” said Simone Donnelly, head of trust and safety. “This is that form, and we will keep to it.”
The next half-year report, for January to June 2026, will be published in August.
